Een mooie groep fysio- en ergotherapeuten heeft met succes de 24ste Esser Masterclass Hand Therapy afgerond.
Op 15 december 2023 werd de bekroning van hun harde werk gevierd tijdens een feestelijke uitreiking van de certificaten.

Deelnemers van de Praktijk Opleiding Handtherapie ontvangen hun certificaat tijdens de afsluiting op 15 december 2017.

Meer dan 350 therapeuten hebben sinds 1999 hun certificaat behaald aan het Erasmus MC.

In memoriam Roberto Perez
Op 7 september 2017 is op veel te jonge leeftijd Roberto Perez overleden. Hij was net hoogleraar geworden in het onderzoek naar pijn, pijnbestrijding en palliatieve zorg.
Vanaf het begin van de Praktijk Opleiding Handtherapie van het Erasmus MC is hij een zeer betrokken docent geweest en gaf hij met bijzonder enthousiasme en temperament les over het Complex Regionaal Pijn Syndroom.
We missen hem en wensen zijn familie, vrienden en collega’s veel sterkte met het verwerken van dit verlies.

Combining theory of medical research at a MSc. level and theory and basic practicals applied to upper extremity research at post Bachelor level, a balanced mix of aspects of scientific research is discussed.

Het Keurmerk Fysiotherapie accrediteert cursussen en opleidingen waarbij wordt getoetst of de scholing is gericht op het fysiotherapeutisch handelen. Uitgangspunt daarbij zijn de 7 kerncompetenties uit het beroepscompetentie profiel van de fysiotherapie.

Symposium on ‘Truth or Dare’

Hand Surgery and Hand Therapy
The Big Hand Event will start this in April and subsequently take place every year. The philosophy is to cover the latest developments in hand surgery and hand therapy. The formula is unique because different input will be given from the perspective of plastic (hand) surgery, orthopedic surgery, trauma surgery, rehabilitation medicine and hand therapy.
For this year’s meeting 20 April 2017, a number of internationally renowned presenters will speak on ‘what is evidence based in hand-nerve surgery and hand therapy’.
